Spring Flower Trends 2024

This season's hottest floral trends, from wild garden styles to architectural arrangements that make a statement.

Spring Flower Trends 2024

Spring 2024 brings a compelling tension between maximalism and restraint. Here's what we're seeing in floral design this season.

The Return of the Garden Style

Loose, overflowing arrangements that look freshly gathered from a cottage garden are everywhere. Expect mixed textures: frothy astilbe alongside structured tulips, trailing jasmine with geometric anthuriums. The key is controlled wildness — intentional imperfection.

Architectural Monochromatics

At the other extreme, tightly curated single-color arrangements are gaining ground in interior design circles. A sculptural grouping of white anemones, white ranunculus, and white sweet peas creates depth without the distraction of color.

Dried and Fresh Combinations

Pampas grass, dried lunaria, and preserved eucalyptus paired with fresh seasonal blooms bridge the gap between permanent and temporary. This trend suits modern interiors and lasts months longer than fresh-only arrangements.

Unexpected Vessels

Ceramic irregular forms, aged bronze urns, and woven baskets are replacing glass cylinders. The vessel is now part of the design, not just a container.
