Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept physical returns of arrangements. However, we handle all quality issues on a case-by-case basis with the following commitments:

  • If flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund within 2 business days.
  • Quality claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Standard orders: Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
  • Custom and event orders: Require 72 hours notice for cancellation.
  • Wedding packages: Subject to the terms outlined in your signed contract.
  • Same-day orders: Cannot be cancelled once the preparation process has begun.

All arrangements are composed fresh on the day of delivery. We guarantee that flowers will maintain their beauty for a minimum of:

  • Standard bouquets: 5–7 days with proper care
  • Premium arrangements: 7–12 days with proper care
  • Orchid arrangements: 4–8 weeks with proper care
